Allie is a seasoned Board Director & Advisor, and she has advised 1000+ private, PE/VC-backed, and public organizations on leadership, excellence, value creation and resilience, to accelerate goals, increase stakeholder impact, and improve exit strategy. She is also a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, which has invested in over 255+ women-led companies which have gone on to raise $2B+. Previously she built, led, and successfully scaled numerous large innovative organizations and initiatives from the ground up, motivating and leading winning teams of all sizes, with P&L responsibility and Board of Directors reporting, as a WW Head at Amazon AWS, and as SVP on the global Senior Leadership Team at Dun & Bradstreet, and as COO to private companies/ startups. Before that she was a top-ranked management consultant with Booz & Co (fka Booz Allen).
