Mr. Elias Mendoza has a broad range of global strategy, operational, and board experiences.  Through 2023, he was Partner and COO at Siris Capital, a tech & telecom private equity firm with over $5.9 billion of cumulative committed capital.  He remains a member of its portfolio company boards.   Prior to joining Siris, Elias was a Partner at Union Square Advisors, where he served as its COO and a senior banker.  Previous to that, he held various senior positions at IBM in New York, Japan, and China, including Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development, where he led all acquisitions, investments and divestitures for the company on a worldwide basis. Elias' previous experience also includes over 12 years at Morgan Stanley, in New York, London, and Japan. Elias received a Landegger Program Certificate in International Business Diplomacy and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. He received his A.B. from Princeton University.
