Hilton Romanski

Hilton has 25+ years of leadership experience as an executive, investor and advisor. He currently advises several technology companies and investment teams.

Hilton was a partner at Siris Capital, a tech-focused investment firm with $7 billion under management; he founded the firm’s West Coast team. Hilton served on the firm’s Operating and Investment Committees and was responsible for the successful sale of Pulse Secure to Ivanti.

Prior to Siris, Hilton was SVP and Chief Strategy Officer of Cisco. He was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and reported to Cisco’s CEO. In his role, Hilton was responsible for developing Cisco's company strategy and helping to execute it through acquisitions, alliances, investments, divestitures and Cisco’s internal incubator.

Hilton began his career at J.P. Morgan. There, he co-founded the firm’s West Coast telecom IB practice based in San Francisco. Prior to that, he served in J.P. Morgan’s Energy M&A/Advisory Group based in New York.

Hilton earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA from Columbia University.
