Pablo Ros

Pablo Ros was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at DE Shaw where he led the building and expansion of new and existing strategies, businesses, and products across public and private investment businesses at DE Shaw as well as firm-wide strategy initiatives. 

Prior to DE Shaw, Pablo held various leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including in Cross Asset Sales, the Special Situations Group where he was an investor in the Asset Investing team, and the Emerging Markets Financing Group where he specialized in leveraged and structured finance. 

Pablo started his career as an attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. He also clerked for Chief Judge Federico Moreno, Federal District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bars and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He received his JD from Harvard Law School, his MA in Latin American Studies (Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship) from the University of Texas at Austin, and his AB cum laude from Harvard College.
